Our Story
It all started when our founder, John Smith, noticed a dangerous trend of accidents happening at nighttime. As an automotive enthusiast and electrical engineer, John knew that improving visibility for drivers could help reduce these accidents. He began tinkering with various lighting configurations in his garage to create products that could provide brighter, farther reaching, and more focused lighting than stock vehicle lights.
After months of testing and perfecting his lighting designs, John launched Xridonsen® Lights in 2011 to bring his innovative products to the masses. Our first offerings included halogen and HID headlight bulbs that produced a stunning 3000K bright white light, allowing drivers to see farther down dimly lit roads. We also debuted LED interior dome lights that illuminated the inside of vehicles with an intense, uniform glow.
Bolstered by our early success, we continued expanding our catalog year after year. We moved from bulbs into full headlight and tail light assemblies packed with the latest LED technology. We added specialized lights like off-road lights and work lights to serve powersports enthusiasts. We even branched out into auxiliary vehicle safety lights like emergency strobes, traffic advisor bars, and grille warning lights.
Today, the Xridonsen® Lights lineup features over 300 products designed to enhance visibility and safety. While our offerings have grown, we remain committed to John’s founding philosophy – creating the highest performing lighting using the latest technology. We are proud to provide equipment to consumers from all walks of life, amateur motorsports competitors, and professionals such as first responders.
Our Facility
To accommodate our rapid growth, we opened a state-of-the-art 60,000 square foot facility in Nashville, Tennessee in 2016. This facility serves as our company headquarters and main manufacturing center.
Our dedicated research and development team utilizes the latest 3D modeling software and simulation tools to perfect every new lighting design. We’ve invested in an on-site testing lab with an integrating sphere to precisely measure luminance and chromaticity data for our LED lights. Our on-site environmental test chamber can replicate extreme conditions like humidity, salt spray, vibration, and rapid temperature cycling to validate products can withstand years of use.
In our warehouse manufacturing floor, we’ve implemented lean manufacturing principles to streamline production. Our lights are assembled by skilled technicians using components sourced from our qualified network of partners. Each product goes through comprehensive quality control checks before being shipped out.
Our customer service and logistics teams work tirelessly in the facility to provide support and make sure every order gets packaged and delivered on time. We’re able to process and ship most web orders the same day thanks to their efforts.

Supply Chain Management
